This Privacy Policy explains how Cash and Credits (the “app”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when it is used by authorized field staff on behalf of their organization. The app is a workforce tool used to record attendance, sales activity, and related field operations. By using the app you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

The app collects the following information so it can perform its intended functions:

• Account and identity information — your username/identifier, login credentials, and basic employee profile details used to authenticate you and associate your activity with your organization.
• Photos taken with the camera — images you capture during work, such as attendance, brand-ambassador, stall, shelf, supervisor, and invoice photos.
• Precise location — your device’s GPS location is recorded at the moment certain attendance and activity photos are captured, in order to verify where the activity took place. Location is captured only while you are actively using the relevant screen; the app does not track your location in the background.
• Customer information you enter — for sales and gift records you may enter a customer’s name and phone number, together with invoice and product details. You should only enter this with the customer’s knowledge.
• Activity records — the entries you create as part of your work, such as sales, gifts, stock, and attendance records, with date and time stamps.
• Technical information — basic device and diagnostic information needed to operate the app reliably and securely.

2. Device Permissions We Use

• Camera — to capture the work-related photos described above.
• Location (while in use) — to geo-tag attendance and activity photos at the time of capture.

You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings. If a required permission is denied, the related feature may not function.

3. How We Use Information

Information is used to authenticate users, operate the features you request, geo-tag and time-stamp work activity, maintain accurate records for your organization, and improve the reliability and security of the service. We do not use your information for advertising, and the app does not contain ads.

4. How Information Is Stored and Transmitted

Records and photos are stored on your device and transmitted to your organization’s secure servers so that authorized staff can access them. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Information is accessible to authorized users within your organization and to service providers that help us operate the application, and may be disclosed where required to comply with the law.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including access controls and encryption of sensitive credentials and data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain records for as long as your organization requires them and as needed to comply with legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. The information collected through the app is owned and controlled by your organization (your employer). Because accounts and records are managed by your organization, requests to access, correct, or delete personal information should be directed to your organization's administrator, who determines how data is retained or removed. 8. Children

The app is intended for use by adult employees in the course of their work. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
